Chloe and Daddy go golfing!

Chloe and Daddy both got new golf clubs for Christmas from Mimi and PaPaw and so the three of us went to the driving range tonight to put them to good use (Mommy was just there to take pictures- you don't want to see me swing a golf club!) Both Chloe and Daddy had a blast and looked absolutely adorably golfing together!!! It was a great end to an awesome weekend and Christmas week! Chloe arranging her clubs at the driving range

Welll the time has finally come for Chloe to get her first haircut!! I was a little nervous on how she would do but she did awesome!!! Not one meltdown, tear or nervous look!! My big girl was happy as could be the whole time!!! Just getting started!

Christmas at Mimi and PaPaw's 2008

The kids had a blast opening presents this morning, here are a couple pics of them below. Chloe's fave gift(s) this morning are all of Christian's presents and here new Princess Big Wheels. Christian's fave from this morning was his new Razor! The love each other!

Santa came!!!

Mommy got up this morning and saw that Santa had come!! The kids are still sleeping but I expect they will be awake any minute and will be so excited to see all the presents Santa left for them!!!

Christmas Eve 2008

We had Christmas Eve over at Mimi and PaPaw's tonight and Christian opened all his presents from them since he will be gone Christmas afternoon when we all come over for Christmas. Everyone had lots of fun and Chloe even managed to open some presents all by herself! I had brought a couple of hers over so she would have something to open while Christian was as well. The greatest hit however (and oh so many thanks to Mimi for this ~ lol) was the whoopi cushion Christian got. Chloe thought it was hilarious and was stepping on it, pressing it, sitting on it and then making the same noses that it did!! Our Gingerbread House!

Tonight the kids, Daddy and I built and decorated our gingerbread house which was lots and lots of fun! Christian did a wonderful job decorating and Chloe did a great job eating all the extra candy!! Daddy and I had lots of fun spending time with both the kids together and doing a fun Christmas activity together. Just getting started...

I have been waiting and waiting to paint Chloe's nails since well, since I was pregnant with her! It's taken so long because Daddy kept saying she was too young but I snuck it in tonight while Daddy was giving the dog a bath!! It was lots and lots of fun and Chloe enjoyed herself ( I must admit much to my suprise) and even waiting on the tile floor while they dried. Here's a couple pics below. Our New Puppy and Christmas Cookies!

We finally found and got our new puppy, Dexter. He's an 8 week old American Bulldog and is quite adorable!! Chloe loves him and hasn't done anything besides play with him since we got him last night! My camera battery died of course when I tried to take pictures last night but I did manage to get one, although it's not the best. We are very happy to have the new addition to our family and Eric is the most excited as I kept telling him no on getting a dog for the last 6 years! Also this weekend we started making our Christmas cookies which was lots and lots of fun!! Chloe helped this year which was great. She did more eating of the cookies (and dough) than making them but it was still awesome to have her there helping! Other than that we spent a nice weekend together and if we're lucky we will still make it to go see Santa today at International!! Hope everyone had a great weekend!!
